"Food wasn't the greatest. Infact I used to say 5* but now would only say 1*. Service was slow. Price was dearer than website. Menu was different to website. Had to ask twice for drink orders and ask for starters to be cleared. Some staff very young and not very knowledgeable on the products offered. We was told on ordering that the meat alternative would be nut roast. When we arrived at the carvery, was told no it's just meatless. They honoured the nut roast, but when arrived 5 mins later, it was a microwave risotto. Very sloppy and not very nice. Very disappointed as this once was my favourite place to eat. Don't eat out very often, and was very disappointed. We will not be returning."
