"I booked a table Tuesday 13th October for two at 12 noon. We were seen by staff, the doors were locked, we knocked on the door and waited in the rain for 10 minutes. Ended up going to Quinto next door. Then after my review I was told they would contact me by email, which never happened. I will never go there again, and neither will my family and friends when they hear about the customer service."

"Pre booking is a must as it gets very busy. We originally had booked a festive afternoon tea but it wasn't available on the day. The staff handled the matter great and can not be faulted especially Ellie. Comfy seating and great views over the river. 2 4 1 cocktails availability with plenty of choice. Only downsides were the sandwiches. They were dry and rushed and the filling was everywhere. Also I reported the lack of toilet paper in most of the women's cubicles and it still hadn't been rectified over 2hrs later. Will visit again if in the area."
