"We've been going to sushi Totoro for 20 some years now. I'm guessing it's changed ownership over these years?? Whoever is running it now is doing a top-notch job. Service is excellent, miso soup is absolutely delicious, and sushi is so fresh and wonderful. Easy to understand menu with great choices. It is a small cozy restaurant and don't let the small strip mall atmosphere turn you off. You'll have a great lunch or dinner!"

"Ordered 3 rolls and on some part of the rolls, there was no tuna or salmon as stated. I have had sushi around the whole country and this, I will never revisit. I actually had it delivered because I was sick. If I was at the restaurant, I would have sent it right back. Paying close to $13.00 a roll that has rice and a few shreds of veggies is outrageous!"

"Recently renovated and looks really good. My family enjoys the yellow menu, half-off items. Though they are half-off, it does not mean the food is bad in any way, at least at this restaurant it's not. I just get the rolls and they are good!!! I keep forgetting to take pictures, sorry. I like the Spicy Dragon, and the Kiss on the Beach.Vegetarian options: I don't know from experience, but my wife says it is on the menu.Kid-friendliness: The staff are friendly and sometimes one of the worker's kids is there and will talk with other kids and make them feel comfortable.Parking: In front of restraunt, and you don't have to pay for parking as it is downtown. There are other stores nearby so the number of parking availability just depends on how busy the area is. I believe the majority of time there is sufficient amount of spaces."

"My adult sons have eaten here many of times, have brought me home some of their take out, but this was my 1st time dinning-in. My eldest son, I ordered both sushi Yakisoba. The staff were so warm, friendly, respectful. Food is so delicious, they keep the restaurant very clean. The waitress even came back w/take out containers, helped us w/our food to go. Who knew those little pieces of fish rice could fill someone up so quickly! I have to agree w/friends, family that 'It 's a nice, quiet place to bring a date, or to celebrate w/a small group. (I could be wrong, but I don 't think they have the space for large-scale groups. My sons I, recommend you check them out yourself. Personally, I will definitely, be going back, as often as possible!"

"This place used to be good, but lately, they have been missing some of my side orders or the quality is shocking, for example, I ordered the fish katsu bento box and I thought it was a joke, they gave me 5-6 very tiny thing and was not even sure if the inside contained fish. I will order few more times just to see if they keep falling off, I might change places"

"My husband went on Valentines Day which I took into consideration. We did go early but we were not the only ones with that thought process. It's small inside with about 8 booths and a few tables. There is plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. We were sat immediately. There was only 1 waitress and she was hustling!! Fortunately there were 2 sushi chefs so our food came out very fast. My husband ordered a Miller Light but got a Kirin Light. I can see how that could happen especially since she was wearing a mask. We each got the bento box which is a great deal. I got 3 different rolls 80 degree, rainbow and Volcano. It also came with miso soup and a salad and rice. I did not touch the rice cause I surely would have had food coma. The miso soup was okay. Tasted different then what I have had in the past at other restaurants and wasn't super hot. I liked the salad and dressing. The rolls were very fresh and so good. The avocado was perfect. I didn't love the Volcano but that was my mistake. I wasn't prepared to order 3 so I had to choose quickly and fried rolls are not my favorite. I liked it but didn't love the whole thing but would give it another try as it was Valentines Day. My husband didn't love his but I don't trust his opinion. He's just a man. ; He always goes safe with spicy tuna, california, spicy salmon.....boring. : I love restaurants that have bento boxes....always my go to."
