"I came in here one afternoon and there were two girls (employees)chatting and it felt like I came in and interrupted their conversation and the energy in the room didn't feel very welcoming. I asked if they had any flavoring that you can add to lattes and she said no, but in a very snooty way, so I said no problem, I'll just do a cold brew. Then she asked what milk I would like so I asked what do you have and she gave me another snooty look with an eye roll and pointed at the menu of their milk options. I'm just like sheesh like sorry that I am asking. I told her what milk I wanted and then I asked about the foam and she straight up was like, this isn't Starbucks! She was so rude about it, like work on your customer service, it was just a question and I have never been into this coffee shop before. It was wild to me to encounter with someone with that kind of service. I'll never recommend or gonna back to this place. I didn't even drink my coffee, I threw it in the trash because it was made with such negative energy."
