"General goods once again in Bad Hersfeld. It was a year ago. Of course, a visit to the old brewhouse was another one. Luckily, the nice man was back as a service. The beer was excellent again! Operation absolutely top by the nice gentleman who seems to work here for many years. Remarkable, friendly and not imposing. Such employees can only wish an entrepreneur. Food The food was as always excellent and delicious. As with any previous visit, however, the portions for`s money could be somewhat larger, The ambience The ambience in the guest room, where the beer is also presented and the bar is simply cozy. The wooden benches and the beautiful inventory are very welcoming. Cleanliness In cleanliness, nothing negative has been noticed."

"Those who want to eat in fish (near Sonthofen, the southernmost city of Germany) do not come around the Fiskina. Surrounded by the spa garden, the terrace landscape is beautifully stepped on the slope. The guest room is brightly furnished with beech furniture. The service personnel are so self-evidently wearing costumes, dirndl and hafel shoes that you can only marvel. Please try: the fluffy Kaiserschmarrn tastes not only children and sweets. Very luxuriant and tasty are also the white sausages, which are formally served in a cucumber pot, along with a small sauce full of sweet must. Very fresh and pearly we were also served the juice choirs, only the Pepsi light tasted a bit scary, although it definitely came out of the bottle. I still consider the very well maintained toilet facilities in the basement (people with handicap can of course use the elevator). As the Fiskina is located in the entire complex of the Kurhaus, there is a very spacious ambience. We were there on the very hot last weekend with a hiking group and felt great. Every one of us likes to come back on the next occasion."

"Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, drinnen wie draußen absolut ansprechend.Netter Service.Karte hat keinen wirklichen roten Faden und alles ist immer ein wenig zu teuer. Gehobene deutsche/rheinische Küche hätte mir besser gefallen als dieser Mix.Der Spargel war ein wenig zu bißfest und leider bitter,das Fleisch wunderbar,die Sauce Hollandaise zwar schaumig aber zu fest. Dessertkarte leider einfallslos.Für diesen Preis habe ich etwas mehr erwartet."
