"It was our first time to dine out with my stepdaughter and hubby on this restaurant. As we often go out with hubby to take our cocktails, this time we invited our daughter to come with us. I just had a great day seeing some celebrities at the fashion brands for the Paris Fashion Week, so was looking forward for a sumptous, delicious dinner and of course, my cocktail drinks. Sad to say, the food i ordered was the Raviole du Cochon, it wasn't worth it for its price, quantity and quality wise. The dessert Creamy Chocolate Cake was deceiving in appearance, i am a dessert lover and this by far was the worst. U thought u will be eating a real cake but in fact it was only like a chocolate mouse with a cookie below hidden by the chocolate mouse. They should have changed the name to chocolate mouse, just an advise. And the last, the Ginger Matcha cocktail, ohlala, such a dissapointment for a cocktail lover. That night we had to go to our usual resto after here just to take a really good cocktail drinks before heading back home. This resto isnt so spacious too, we were seated near the entrance and bar. Not one i would recommend to my friends..."

"Rue des martyrs is for locals. close to zero tourist, unless local friends have to guide them. the eating is excellent and the location in this small place allows them to search real parisers that surround them even in august. the road has a series of foodie boutiquen to die. we rent a flat so we can buy there and enjoy the incredibly tasty rate like real locals."

"Read them through the reviews and see a score on travel advisors of 3.5 stars, I am in total unbelief....Firstly I am not a company to slant, but I feel that I have to comment on the quality of this bad facility. we ordered from the set menu...€18.80, my man wanted to taste frog legs, and we had looked at many restaurants menus as we came by, it was our last day, but our children were tired and hungry, so we saw this place and went in. the rest of the walk cum with people who eat, we saw this restaurant and “traditional food” menu and let themselves eat here. the first red flag was that it was empty so I really had left, but our girls were hungry and I thought, "I'm going to give them a chance," and stupidly thought that maybe eating was secretly brilliant. they obviously have 2 restaurants or shares in one opposite, as they handed us their menu and another restaurant menu (with pizza and pasta), so I ordered the girls a pizza from the menu (because they did not embrace the French cuisine! the pizza comes from above the street, along with a cocktail (moijto that I ordered for me. the pizza was beautiful, looked fresh and the girls really enjoyed it, the cocktail was lukewarm and tasted like lacquer stripper with massive pieces mint stem inside. my man drank beer, he drank it first when he was thirsty, but when he had his second order, he commented that it felt watered down. our food came, I ordered wobbly soup and my man was eating frogs. my suppe tasted like wobbly and was just a sticky stone mass, so I did not plan a traditional, well-known French dish to taste. my man tried the frog legs and it was obvious that they were cooked out of frozen, and besides a light fish taste, they tasted very bland (they should be cooked in garlic etc. etc. not like he tastes a traditional plate of france. I saw the “kitchen” (I say that very loose more masters of the microwave, literally do only that hit on microwave doors. I didn't have much hope for the second cure, and glad I didn't really. my man ordered bark rib steak and I huh with mushrooms. the steak had literally no taste now I am very fussy with my steak and only order it from a steak restaurant, so what he received was appalling. a fat piece (a huge lump in the did, the only gristle, was dominated by the plate, with a bad attempt at an salat (only a piece salat with a quarter tomaten, and some mankey kartoffels. my huh was edible as the sose (probably just a teespoon drowned over the huh I replaced the maische for French fries, as I knew, my girls would enjoy them, and to go to france and serve frozen chips is a total embarrassment for the establishment not even a “nice thin frozen chip” but one would be from a sticky to keb! we had dessert, for the girls, otherwise we would have just excited and really left after that! they rammed people in like sardinen in a dose, they could see that they were just motivating money and now I wish I heard on my first instinct and went. the crepe was luke (they see that all these crepes are made on the road and they look wonderful, it was literally like one of the pancakes in england, that they find themselves in the cooled cooler. my man had a chocolate lover in a pool of nothing, it should be a crème anglaise, but was really far away; she obviously added too much water to the mix. they did not even ask us how our meal was, probably because they have learned not to ask how everyone would complain and say how disgusting it was. if I hadn't been with my girls, I would have complained, but because I was, and the restaurant's hostes look as if they hadn't taken too kind to my comments and it would have had really difficult of them that we hadn't paid and reluctantly. please do not go to this facility, but if they are ready to be very disappointed. the one star is for the pizza."
