"Had private party to remember my uncle who passed away. It was lovely few hours staff were very respectful as to why we were there. We had a buffet which was amazing the food was bountiful we all took food home and there were still food left. Very very happy. Only thing that was missed was the quiche and a few more traditional buffet foods. But over all. Very very well done."

"The service here is very good, the staff are very friendly and the food was fantastic, I highly recommend the fish and chips. It's a great place for dog owners as it's dog friendly and can take them inside, they have water bowls for your dogs to have a drink. They have outdoor seating on the front and around the side, I big gazebo, ideal for when it's raining but you want to sit outside. Highly recommend this place, thanks so much."

"Update January 2018: the food is now of an excellent quality, with great portions and without much of a wait at all. The surf and turf is delicious, and I highly recommend getting the steak on the “hot rocks” which allows you to cook it a bit at a time yourself. Perfect for a pinker steak. The homemade chips are really tasty, and the atmosphere in general if friendly and warm. Highly recommended. It's a great walkers Pub, warm atmosphere and good beers."
