"Eat here for 11.5 years and eat always well. I would say the best Japanese food near Bangor-Brewer. the owner and his children were very nice. they always recognized us. Too bad the owner changed soon, but he will keep everything the same, including the cook in the back. I love the appetizers, sushi, sashimi, main dishes from this restaurant. the price makes sense. a thing I would change is that the new owner wears something to cover his long bart. he works directly with the sushi production and customers can see him directly. it is not professional at all and feared to order the sushi/sashimi only if the haare falls from its bart."

"Food and service were great! Standard Chinese buffet fare done WELL with lots of other “American” options for those super picky eaters. After 5 years of disappointing Chinese takeout and restaurants from Middle TN, I’ve found yet another reason to be glad we moved to Maine. The server was pleasant and attentive, she even asked me if I would like a refill on my soda instead of me having to ask her for one. I’ll definitely be back."

"Only place you can get fresh authentic good sushi but not all Hannaford's carry this, but you have to take what's already there like if you want my favorite spicy crispy tuna rolls and all they have is salmon which I hate when I'm out of luck but sometimes I hit the jackpot and get a huge selection so for up here in this state I'd say it is a diamond in the rough so to speak"

"I agree with the previous review- excellent vegan sushi options, including brown rice for the Maki reels. I ate at green tea with a mixed group of nutritional preferences, and all were very satisfied. I was insecure when my asking about vegan, no mayonnaise or fish in the miso suppe were understood, but I left myself on edamame and the 3-Koch-Maki dinner that was more than filling out. I would definitely return if I were back in the opposite. I liked the seating options that contain the bar area or semi-private rooms along the side."
