However, if you prefer authentic Japanese cuisine, cooked by an experienced Japanese chef, serving the local Japanese people and who owned restaurants in Japan, then in my opinion there is only one place in C. Rai to visit and that is Saku Japanese restaurant. Near the back of Central Plaza. My favorite Japanese restaurant in C.Rai."

"Price for money buffet. Sashimi was so-so, although the better dishes contain the thick cuts of salmon and foie grass rolls. But the service here was extraordinary! The staff took a lot of initiative and inclined to my needs with a smile. The server called Sorot S speaks good English and was very helpful! I'd come back when I'm in Chiang Rai."
