"Hi, We`ve been advised by Marc E. (restaurant Manager) to share our feedback as it would be relevant for the team to learn from their mistake. Here we go. Sushi Samba is an amazing place for its venue and menu. We feel quiet privileged going in, enjoying an incredible view over the city of London. The service is however atrocious. We were missing two dishes and it went down ill from there. Had to show pictures (thankfully the plates looks superb so we took pictures), justify ourselves and argue. All members of our party work in catering industry and we know very well that sometimes mistake happens and we would have never been difficult about it. Insinuating that we are lying, and switching the error onto us is definitely another story. For such a unique and high standard restaurant like theirs, it is truly disheartening."

"An excellent sushi restaurant, I visited the place 5 times and every time that was fantastic. go for the tasting menu, get a round delicious and very well prepared sushi, a round fantastic tempo, and then another round sushi. everything amazing. it seems a lot of money wise, but they get more than their money worth. would be highly recommended to everyone, with even a vague interest in Japanese food."

"My boss decided to give me a farewell at Hare and Tortoise since I wanted to eat South East Asian and HT was the closest to our office. We ordered quite a lot of food and the portions were quite good. I wouldn't say it was mind-boggling but was enough to keep me interested. I tried eel for the first time out here and it turned out to be quite nice. Thank HT for the taste and my boss for the recommendation. The portions here are quite large compared to the price they charge and the service is quite good. There is ample seating space and the seating arrangement resembles a canteen. All in all a nice friendly place for a quick bite."

"I ordered garlic fried bak choi , it has no garlic and way too salty that it tasted bitter. Glad that they change a new dish for me. Still with no garlic but at least I can swallow."

"I was in the opposite for a seminar that ended late and I was looking for a place around 10 o'clock. the only places that seemed open were pubs and I didn't want to go too far. I saw nagoya open, zamato rating 3 and I decided to take a chance. They only had a few that was done when I came in. it is a small place (you can have more seats in the cellar) around 5 tables with a sushi bar. decoration reminds of small Chinese restaurants. the lady at the desk was very sweet and gave me some recommendations when I asked them. it took some time until I came home (sometimes because a certain bus driver refused to stop, I had to wait 20mins for the next), but the fried chicken was a bit soggy. the taste was very good and the huh beautifully marinated and super delicate and juicy. family and cat loved the prawn tempura, which came with an immersing sauce. the huhn gyoza was densely filled (personally I prefer to give a bit more in my fillings) and delicious. loved the mini 3ml bottle sauce that came with it. the black were filled separately with the suppe. only 2 thin slices of pork and half a boiled egg (so not too much protein in the dish more noodle to fill them, though) with cut mushroom sprouts. the suppe was a mild broth that was flavored with elk. I enjoyed the clean aromen, but brother decided to season it. a nice complete meal in itself if they are not a protein addict like me. the dame offered me very sweet free green tea while I wait for my order and I loved the fact that she cut the basic of the bag with a piece of karton in the right size to keep everything stable."

"Food is delicious and pretty cheap actually, very fast, good service and very nice staff. Great for just food, although there's no atmosphere at all and the place is not very nice. We also came here for karaoke and it was my worst karaoke experience as yet avoid! If you go for the large room, you won't be singing in a closed room, but basically in the main restaurant. Mics didn't work, you don't even have the original music. Much better to go for the Lucky Voice, even if it's a bit more expensive!"
