"I went yesterday to eat with my family and sadly my experience was not good. First of all the service was extremely low, and the waiters forgot what we were ordering so we had to ask for out beverages multiple times. Second of all. we...were at the grill and the food was not well cooked. It was not the quality food that I have eaten in this restaurant. I dont know it the cook had no experience but the food was definitely not acceptable. After we complained we received a couple of courtesy cards which in a way compensates the bad service we experienced. However I would have never expected such a bad experience from this restaurant"

"We have had coffee, hot chocolate and baskets of the some of the best buns we have eaten. Really delicious conche ones. They do bring it out without asking so make sure you want the buns (they charged us about 120 pesos for two baskets)....Hot chocolate and cappuccinos are great and it's a lovely people watching place. Couldn't comment on food but it looked good."

"They retained costumers untill they gave them the tip they wanted! The service is NOT an obligation in Mexico, apecially if it was mediocre. They also alter prices! In Mexico the tax has to be considered in the menu prices and they charged it on top of the price. Not a good place."
