"I thought I would try the Three for $35 , but wanted mussels which aren 't included. I thought I would add the mussels to the order as an add on, but then realized it would be $44 and that I may as well get All You Can Eat for $37. The server refused to change it even though she hadn 't even left the table. Apparently the owner doesn 't allow changes and the server was supposed to have said so up front. However, I could cancel my order, which I did. I ended up with just mussels, which were ok.. I don 't think I was out of line. I love sushi, but won 't be back. The food was delivered to the rest of my party intermittently and they had to ask other servers for stuff that ours forgot. One of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever had. Even the green tea was Lipton tea bags served with lukewarm water. The manager did give us a $35 gift card."

"Live in Elko and be ashamed of you here. No stars would be possible. When we were at the new address at noon, we sat alone in the middle of a wet ground by a pipe leak on the west side of the place, while only 4 other tables were occupied in front. It took 15 minutes before our orders were even taken, and another 20 to get a plate to my husband. 20 minutes and I had no food yet. When we finally got a server and not the one who took our orders, she gave me a cup of soup and it was burned and rough! When my order finally came 45 minutes after the order, it was NOT what I ordered and I never got my side of tuna. So dark and dingy I started wondering if we would get sick after our visit. This is the worst service and bad excuse for fresh seafood I have ever lived in Elko in 20 years."
