"My partner was ordering food and I went to use the bathroom. it was filthy and not only could i not use it but i came out and couldn't eat there. Especially with sushi, cleanliness is so important so it makes me sad to write a bad review but I just can't go back. :( I love Naru."

"Even though this is just a small kiosk in the middle of a mall, the owner makes the best sushi in town! Everything is made fresh daily and usually sells out so go early for the best selection. They also have fresh samosas and smoothies."

"Stopped into this convenience store last weekend and saw they had a little cafe inside that served Asian food. With the owner's encouragement that "it's all homemade!", I promised myself I'd be back to try.I went tonight with my husband and daughter and we were IMPRESSED. I had beef bulgogi, my husband had the spicy pork dish, and my daughter had rice and chicken. The food was fresh and savoury. All three of us ended up scraping our plates. The store/cafe is brand new and clean as a whistle. The service, as well, was noteworthy.The owners (including Hannah!) were welcoming, attentive and very obliging toward us and paid special attention to our daughter. This is their first business and their efforts are evident.Take-out is available and I believe they are open to 9 p.m. each evening.Great vibe overall and amazing food. We'll be back with friends."

"Love this spot!! I recommend it to anyone coming to visit the city or even if you just want to get out for a nice lunch or supper!! They have other options if sushi is not your thing. There Hasn't been a dish I did not love so far."

"We stopped going about a year ago due to the food not being filled properly in time for the supper menu. When they would run out of a dish it would take like 30 minutes to get filled again. So we stopped going. Thought we would try it again, well you don't have to worry about that no more. Because there is no people going and the food has the leftover taste. I cook and know that most of that was far from fresh. The deserts where so dry due to sitting there for so long, that we could not eat it. The only thing that looked good was the ribs. But it has some sauce on it that was awfull, almost like rosemary sauce. We all could not eat it. I think they do that so people don't eat much of it. But anywho stopped going before and not going back. For $110 for 4 people you can do way better for somewhat less too..."

"This place is really close to my house. I was sick and wanted some hot soup, so I stopped here for some wonton soup. It was very good. Chicken broth with tasty wontons."
