"Sushi had a dangerous metal piece inside. When I complained, the restaurant reacts rude and doun' t care about! They doun' t care when a client is complaining. I bought a box of Sushi for to go but later when I eat it I found a SHARP METAL PARTICLES inside of the sushi coming from a metal sponge. I was afraid to eat the rest of the Sushi. When I return the Sushi to the restaurant the behavior of the owner manager was quite rude and he doesn't apologized. He only returned the money for the Sushi that I brought back but not for the little what I eat already. Because of the situation it would be nice to get the full money back. Because I'm professional Chef, I told him that in my country this kind metal sponge is not allowed to used in a restaurant kitchen because of that. The answer of the owner manager was again very arrogant and he showed up that he really doun' t care. I' m more often here in Ibiza for business but sure I will never buy again. It is a shame because the Sushi was really good. It was already my third time in Sushi And Love in the last view days."

"I must say first, the show was exceptional, but it was the only good at the experience. eating is overpriced and average. I had the steak and my hos had the fag and both weren't great. the sushi is beautiful and. the oysters were a nice tasty bite. the employees are overworked and do not want to be there. they do not care about their customers and there is no love to detail at all. I really think that management must move their employees into customer service if they want to continue to calculate the prices they do. In summary, I would not recommend lio to a friend who is a scandal, as the occupation works so hard to put a show in a place where everything else needs a serious attention."
