"We were regulars at the Roof Top bar, will never go back. Wednesday 6/7, drinks ran dry 3 times, I mean, the melted ice was gone, empty, completely ignored multiple times, food sat there on the table for 25 minutes, after we ate, husband had to 'ask ' for a to-go box, instead of 3, she brought 1 for 3 full plates of food, this was after he had to ask twice for another $14 cocktail, which, if our favorite server Robyn was there, would have been made correctly, we consistently tip 35% ; she probably deserves more. This is the second time we 've had poor service; last time we brought a table of good friends who also tip about 35% ; we had spoken highly of the place. Discreetly paid the tab for the table, embarrassed to have brought them. Turnover since they 've opened the last 4 years has been about 90%, except for Robyn. The entre salad with grilled fish was barely larger than a fist, served on a 7 dessert plate; I have a picture 8/2022 of the exact menu item that was twice the size. Poor ownership, poor management, lack of attention makes it an overpriced, abject failure."

"Haru Sushi Bar and Grill is a wonderful place. Service is wonderful. They have a variety of everything from the sushi bar and kitchen. I have eaten several times here and everything always comes fresh. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Asian cuisine. I recommend the Tuna Avocado as and app. Great place will be back soon."
