"I have been to this place a few times. I only go there when I have a day off and can go for their lunch special.<br/ <br/ The cost of the lunch combo is top 15. I always order my favorite where you can get sashimi of yellow tail, tuna, octopus, salmon, friend egg, white fish and crab stick with some rice. It comes with a salad, soup, and a scoop of ice cream at the end. (see their full menu online).<br/ <br/ I find their price to be fair compare to a lot of sushi places which I find quite . There aren't a lot of places which serves some good fresh yellow tails either.<br/ <br/ The quality of the fish is pretty good. I am comparing this to the sushi from the experience I had in japan. Obviously it can't compare to the best you can have in Japan like Otoro (fat tuna) but Yasu's fish taste something decent in Japan.<br/ <br/ KT"

"Small comfortable restaurant. Very good sushi, fast and friendly service. Its easy to tell the chefs take pride in their work as the sushis are well made. However, It can be a bit pricey compared to other similar sushi restaurants in the region"

"Good sushi and good variety and prices are very decent. 10% off for take out orders exceeding 20$ is a nice incentive...However the "service department" could be better. Wait times are long, delivery takes longer. If they tell you "30 minutes" its really an hour. I've personally witnessed people complaining about the wait times only to be told off by the chef/owner.."

"I ordered the 54 piece cool combo to share with my niece and nephew and I'm very dissapointed in the presentation and the quality of the fish offered.The salmon nigiri had a rubber like texture, the tuna nigiri was an absolute mess and the soy sauce was way too salty.I ended up giving the tuna to my cat. At least it liked it.The last point, there is soy sauce specifically made for sushi and sashimi. It tends to be milder and slightly sweet. What I got was pure soy sauce."

"Do not order delivery from Sogen. We have tried ordering from them twice. They say the order will take no longer than 1 hour.The first time we ordered delivery it took 1:20 to get the food.The second time we ordered, it took 1:55 to get our order. Almost 2 hours to get the food!!!If you are ready to wait to get your food then go for it. If you’re hungry, don’t order delivery from Sogen."
