"Fish and Chips are AWESOME. Went to see what all the hype was about when it came to fish and chips at La Pointe and wow was not disappointed. Very friendly super cute waitress named Jackie with a beautiful smile served me and my co-worker. Fish batter was nice and crisp and french fries were freshly cut and crispy and coleslaw was equally delicious. I will for sure be going back for the fish and chips and to see Jackie’s beautiful smile ;"

"Very poor service from the cashier. She seemed more interested in chatting with co-workers than bagging groceries or pushing the button so the customers could pay with their debit card. Thus is a place that would benefit from self checkout and i hate self checkout"

"I went into #IchikoRamen last night having only ever tried ramen at all-you-can-eat sushi joints around the city before. Had I ever been missing out! “Their rebrand is amazing!” Said my friend whose been to Ginza, and tried #IchikoRamen for the first time with me. “You walk in and are transported into what feels like a traditional ramen house that you would see depicted in movies.” The product itself is amazing. Their signature Ichiko broth with pork belly and a spicy flavour is mouthwateringly good. I also had some mochi ice cream for dessert, and was thoroughly impressed. I stuck with the traditional westernized vanilla and chocolate flavours; that way I, or someone else who hasn’t had much (or any) mochi experience before, would be able to focus solely on the texture and mouthfeel mochi provides. All in all, great atmosphere, great food, and a great time! Check it out. :D"

"Great Food. The food was absolutely amazing. Jonathan cooked for us and I found him to be a very nice guy and he knew what he was doing. Edoko is not the fanciest restaurant at the first look, and you might notice a kinnda weird smell when you sit at the teppan table but when you taste the food you'd know you've made the right choice. Will go back for more."

"Better service when it's not busy. We come here often and I think the servers have come to recognize us. We try to go for early or late dinner, never between 6 and 7. If the place is full or has large groups, better to go away and try another place as you will probably have some items not show up or wait a long time for your food. When it's not busy, you won't be able to keep up with all the food on your table. Their fried rice is the best. My husband doesn't eat raw fish, so he sticks to the fried, teriyaki and teppanyaki stuff. I enjoy the salmon and mackerel sushi and the various salmon/avocado/cucumber rolls. The green dragon roll is good too. Their staff is friendly, some have difficulty with English, but they try."

"I really like their slushes. Ever since I've been coming here, they've never had the hibiscus flavour. I don't even know why they keep it on the menu since they never have it. Whenever I'm in Chinatown, I grab a bubble tea here."
