"It is very different when it eats delicious sushi from non-sushi masters and sushi mater. I think it is worth going there to experience good vege sushi. little Japanese speaking and nothing in the environment. we drove to kawagoe to visit the city and took 20 minutes to train. vegan sushi always available, but better to call before the hand just to confirm."

"ランチ時は混むとの情報から、少し時間をずらして来店。 それが正解だったようで、1人で行ってカウンター・センター席に案内して頂きました。 人間ドッグ健診のサービスで、ランチ券を頂きましたがメニューが決まっているらしく、それでも苦手な物を伝えると快く変更して頂きました。 お店の雰囲気も良いので、スマホを触ることなく、ひたすら食事と酒を心地良く堪能しました。職人さんも、私が1人だからと言って、やたら話しかけるわけでもく、1人でユルリと過ごしたい私の空気感を大切にして頂き、飲み物やガリが少なくなってきたときに、そっと声をかけて頂いたくらいで、のんびりと食事をすることが出来ました。 夜は、一気にお値段が高くなるようですが、それぐらいの価値はあるように思えます。 仕込み風景も少し見えて、丁寧だな、と思いました。私の兄も知名度ある場所の和食料理人をしていたので、家でも職場でも、料理好きの兄の姿を『ハラ減った〜』と催促しながら見ていたので、つい包丁さばきや食材の取り扱い方を知っているだけにですが… いつか、兄に教えたいと思うお店でした。 （兄がお会計するってことで。）"
