"I don’t shop at Sainsbury’s very often, but when I do I often feel quite unwelcome by the store staff (shelf stacker/floor staff and the self serve till supervisor persons especially). Their attitude and body language presents like it’s almost as if it’s too much extra on their mountainous workload and they just don’t have the time, courtesy or customer service focus to spare me, and should I ask them a question? or, (God forbid) the location of some random product such as Physalis or Samphire, truffle oil even the look of disgust across their faces, straight down their noses at me, just says it all. Almost every individual person we’ll ever encounter or meet, be that a stranger or an acquaintance or an employee of a large supermarket chain, has the capacity and the capability, to very convincingly and plausibly, tell us a big fat lie, seem and look and act like they care for us, and usually always, we find that somewhat difficult to disprove and disparage without making ourselves appear rude and ignorant around 99.9% of those individuals have 100% no control of their body language, which totally gives themselves away as completely none trustworthy type people, blatant liars, soulless “unhappy in their jobs” zombies, destined to never progress or better themselves instead they’ll continue to chew themselves up on the inside, become consumed with the bitter taste of jealousy, left in their mouths from having to swallow the fact, that they earn ever so slightly a few pennies over the national minimum wage. Consistently inconsistent is my overall take on shopping at Sainsbury’s. A national company, a household name and must be one of the top three supermarkets in Britain? Surely they would/will invest in there staff, give refreshed training to them? incentivise positive attitudes, encouraging positive feedback from customers about individual employees that make a difference to there competitors colleagues! or overdeliver on customer expectation! Just maintaining procedure and fulfilling the role’s they are being paid for, I guess, would be a drastic improvement, especially with consistency."
