"Tonight was the worst dining experience I ever had there. I remember when this restaurant opened for the first few years it had excellent food staff.The buffet was awesome it was always well maintained the food was always hot and fresh.when you order an entree on the menu you got your money's worth.if you dined in the service was awesome staff went out of their way for you. But it seems like the last four years Zhen Bao went to hell in a hand basket. It's now the complete opposite of what I mentioned in the beginning of this post. The buffet food is always cold now .If you order an entree off the menu you don't get your money's worth the entree portions now is a joke. The owners daughter is awful she disrespects the customers argues with them. I've ate at alot of restaurants and there would be times my food or service wasn't the best.But in my whole 36yrs of living and out of all the restaurants I've ever ate at I have never been talked to , mistreated, or dispected like I was tonight. I was told that the young lady who works the cash register,takes call in orders,and waits tables was the daughter of the owners. If they don't get her out of their restaurant before she runs it to the ground and kill what little business they get these days those poor folks won't no longer have a restaurant anymore.all it takes take but just a few employees like their rude daughter and bad management to run what at one time was one of jemison's best places to eat. Whoever the owners are now couldn't be the same people when it first open for the first few years because back then it wasn't nothing like it is now . It's bad enough y'all's food went downhill but the staff and service is the worst of it all. This is what I have to say directly to the owners if your gonna run a business y'all both need to learn English so y'all can be able to communicate to your customers so if something is wrong with their food or service they can speak to ya'll and the issues could resolved. I wasn't the only customer your daughter argued with tonight there were two ladies ahead of me at the counter she was arguing with as well there is no doubt in my mind those ladies and myself aren't the only ones she has disrespected .I called after I left wanting to speak to the owners and she let me know that her parents were the owners and didn't know English.It was almost like she was letting me know it wouldn't do no good to meet with y'all and because her parents were the owners she could act anyway she wanted to with the customers. Maybe if y'all was fluent in English y'all would be able to resolve any complaints about the food and the staff. It's obvious why Zhen Bhao is not the restaurant it once was because the food isn't good and the staff especially y'all's daughter are very rude.I won't be back that's for damn sure."
