"I went to pick up my takeaway last night that I ordered by telephone at 6.30pm. I was told it would be an hour and to pick it up at 7.30. I arrived at 7.30 and it wasn 't ready. In my 40 minutes sat waiting in there I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. One woman got fed up with waiting and asked for her money back, which she had to argue to get as the two young, rude lads serving refused to give her. When they eventually did give her her money back the curly haired lad said don 't come back . The poor woman was so shocked, as were all the other customers waiting. Some 30 minutes into waiting past my given time I queried where my food was and didn 't get an answer. Hey, 1 hour and 25 minutes AFTER ordering my food, I young couple came in, ordered, and were gone with their food within 20 minutes. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I too demanded my money back only to be met with more rudeness by two young, ignorant boys who frankly shouldn 't be working anywhere! I used to buy a fair amount of takeaways here, but I will NEVER go again. It was a shambles and the owners should be ashamed!"
