"Because of 'lockdown ' our Group have been unable to eat out! We were at Rivers 2 yrs ago. The food was excellent then and thankfully it was equally, if not better this time around. There were 28 of us and the excellent food just kept coming. The staff were very attentive. Frankly, I cannot find any fault and it feels very Chinese even the music."

"We were just shouted out of the restaurant by the owner after we highlighted our concern about the way he speaks to staff, particularly female staff. We also discovered that the serving staff don't receive their own tips. We calmly and quietly expressed our concern,...and the owner tried to continue an argument with us in front of all the other customers at our table. He shouted and swore at us repeatedly. We will not be repeating this experience as the food was extremely average and the service by the owner, as mentioned above, was diabolical."
