"We wanted a Chinese take away and decided to try the Great Wall rather than the one up the road in the hope that it would be better quality food. A big mistake it was awful, the stuffed crab claws were hard and chewy we left them. The chow mein was so dry I'm not sure what they'd done to it, I'm thinking it might have been cooked and left on the side it looked awful. The duck dish looked unappetising and was over cooked and tough. This restaurant is far more expensive than your local takeaway we might as well have thrown £35 away which is a lot for two people. We won't return."

"I understand that takeaway orders are busy at the moment, and I accepted a 2 hour wait for food, however, after 2 and a half hours of waiting I called and the delivery hadn't been made and they refused to help. 10pm with no food...and no other takeaways open. I will never order from this chinese again, they were not willing to put anything right. There is a lot of competition around, you would think customers would be treated better. Terrible service."

"Recently moved to this area and luckily found this takeaway. Very easy to order over the phone. Cooked freshly in open kitchen easily viewed from the payment desk. Food is very tasty and they have a 5* hygiene rating!! Staff very friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else."
