"Really sad and disappointed. we are loyal customers and regular in this restaurant. I always loved her eating! as a vegan it is so hard to find good take-off dinner options, as when I found this place, I was so happy. her vegetarian mapo tofu is vegan and so good, I order it every time. After we ordered it on the phone and picked up in the restaurant, we came to home to find pork in our vegetarian mapo tofu. thinking the restaurant would take up because they are always so beautiful, we have raised them and explained that they must have given us the wrong order because our pigs had in it. they totally denied a mistake and gave us the blame to order the wrong one. the owner even came to the phone and continued to blame us. after the declaration we always suggest that we want vegetarian (as we are vegan and must be careful), they still deny and would not be in the slightest. they didn't care that we were regulars, it didn't seem to be taken care that they disappointed their customers and didn't apologize or took account of accountability. this is so sad, but they have lost two regular loyal customers because of it. we are so disappointed with the treatment they gave us. at least they would have approved and apologised their mistake."
