"Absolutely disgusted, we have ordered from here a few times. Previously found a bit of string in our food! The manager didn't have the decency to call us back and explain what it was or how it got in our food. Missed items on the...order numerous times. Expensive for poor quality and the girl on the phone clearly doesn't hear peoples orders correctly and also doesn't read back the order. Will never order from here again as quite obviously no customer care just just money grabbers."

"We order regularly from this takeaway restaurant usually for collectionI.It is often an extra mins wait on the time quoted but no big deal food is very good ! Tonight for my husbands birthday we ordered at pm but wanted to have our...order delivered as we wanted to have an alcholhic drink before dinner ! We were quoted upto an hour and a half delivery , which is kinda expected on a Saturday hence our early order .When we still hadn't received our order at pm we phoned to check and was told the driver had our order and was on his way the restaurant is less than a mile a way.Unfortunatley it took a further mins to arrive when I asked for a discount at the shop I was offered not enough for an hour delay I already had to feed my Year old who was too hungry and tired to wait.This was my husbands birthday and he ended up with cheese on toast! The restaurant ended up with our cold order and no money poor show !The moral of this story is do not promise what you can't deliver ! Real shame as the food is always of good standard ! If you are prepared to wait and collect your order then go ahead if not order elsewhere!"
