"If you are new in Cebu, then try the ngohiong of Cebu Lumpia House, it is as yummy as when I first tasted it almost 31 years ago. Cebu Lumpia House is a relic, the food they serve, haved served since time immemorial is a fusion of filipino, spanish and chinese comfort fast food. A word of caution though, what was once a leading family diner in the past is now no more than a run down eatery. If you can stomach the location and the decaying decoration then you are in for a treat."
