"So far in my search for canadian Chinese food this place is one of the better ones. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavors and freshness. I felt a bit gross in an I had too much grease and msg afterwards type way but that's somewhat par for the course here. I will order again."

"This place is take out only so I phoned in an order for pick up. When I arrived I was disgusted at how run down the place is and the fact it didn't seem to be very clean. I'm not sure how they pass the health department checks. I picked up a combo meal and it was marginal at best. It was greasy and bland and quite disappointing. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else."

"Located beside a major food store (Save-On), one would not expect such a high quality, authentic Szechuan + restaurant in this place.But there it is, with nice new furnishings, pleasant decor and lighting, and two attentive front-of-house servers with good knowledge and pleasant disposition.Plus, the food excels. Spicy without being too scary for Occidental palates, with Cantonese dishes for those more comfortable with the likes of seafood chow mein...We had Szechuan prawns and a seafood rice noodle dish. A bit light on the vegetables, but good portions arrived almost instantaneously, which we demolished.The place was quiet mid-afternoon, but they do a solid takeout trade and already have a good regular clientele. Oh- the price. We went away having spent about $15/person for a hefty lunch with endless tea.I can't help but root for them- running an eatery is brutal, and they deserve to succeed. So get down there and try out the food. You'll be pleased you did."

"Food is good. Portions are great. Best value in North Vancouver if you ask me. Lots of people complaining here about taste. I come from Richmond where Chinese food dominates. I still think this place is good for North Van standards. This is my 2nd visit and I will definitely return."
