"Typical Cantonese style cuisine in a family style setting. Generous portions, lots of sauce, pretty decently priced, and a good selection of seafood (listed in Chinese on a whiteboard) Their bird’s nest is a little different kinda like a giant fried wonton wrapper instead of the weaved fried taro basket. It’s not as impressive but lighter and tastier. We also love the beef on the sizzling plate."

"Good food for the price. Great delivery service, food is excellent for the price (its very cheap compare to other chinese restaurants). Inside could use a little cleaning/renovations but the most important is obviously the food excellent.<br/>I recommend the BBQ duck and the beef fried noodles."

"I used to love Hung Fatt. We would order from here at least once a month. The food was fantastic and the owners were very nice and very professional. With the new owners, the food "quality" is not nearly as good customer service is sorely lacking. Even though they are around the corner from us, we will travel 20 minutes each way for Chinese take-out. Too bad because it really was quite good before."

"Best General Tao's I have had in the city. Always spicy and good portion size. Singapore vermicelli is a great compliment to the General Tao's IMHO. Cannot comment on other dishes but we always order this combination and are never dissatisfied."

"I had a combo platter last week and was extremely disappointed. The rice was over cooked and Bland. The chicken balls were tough, and the veggies were also over cooked. I'm usually not one to complain but it was not good ."

"I had food at the old restaurant so we decided to give this one a chance. I was very dissapointed with th quality of the food. Some of the spare ribs were dry nd most had more cartilage than meat. The portions were small and...the egg rolls small and tasted blah. Also the egg roll sauce was very clear and tasted very sweet. Not worth the money."

"We have been going to this take out restaurant for a while now. Food compares really well with any other similar restaurants in Ottawa. Kids loved the sweet and sour chicken balls. Plenty of chicken, decent batter and sauce added at home. As others have mentioned the open ended egg rolls are killer. Garlic spare ribs and beef and broccoli are other go to dishes that are golden."
