"Food is really good. Staff incredibly rude and unprofessional. Could tell they were not listening when phoned to order. They then missed part of our order, called 20 minutes after leaving. Suggested we come back or wait over an hour for it to be delivered. Talking to someone else, laughing during call and even suggested we had enough food. Bizarre experience! Awful staff, great food."

"That's my favorite restaurant. we live 50 minutes from this restaurant. but we love it. it has very simple decoration to say nothing special about it. eating is really good! great portions and we have tried various dishes and all were really good. highly recommended!"

"The hot pot at Jin Jin was amazing. It was our first time tried hot pot and the waitress was very helpful. She made sure to explain every step and even made us her favorite sauce. The broth was very tasty and the meat was tasty. The hot pot was all you can eat, including soft drinks for £25 per. I would recommend it to everyone. But when we went there was only one waitress, so of course the service was a little slow, but it is worth waiting and honestly not something that bothered me."

"After a nice day out in oxford we were recommended this place as the best Thai in oxford by one of the local pub landlords. The food was excellent and we ordered about half of the dishes. The only criticism was there was no draft lager, but they still had cans and fantastic cocktails so I didn't mind."

"We really enjoyed our meal today, excellent food, there were three members of the waiting staff working and two of them are beautiful, but the third member of the staff is terrible and miserable, who smile the drinks on the table, we are regular visitors of the Oxy and every time we visit, he is the same, I don't know his name, but if you go these unhappy at work. All other employees are beautiful and the food is fantastic."

"Second visit here and we weren’t disappointed. Lots of choice and food was really good. Staff friendly. Reasonable prices. Portion sizes were really generous. Not many decent Chinese restaurants in the area but this is a real gem. Overall excellent experience we will be back."
