"I love this place. Every time I go to Nova Scotia I head to Yap's for some delicious gluten free chinese food. My top favourite is lobster egg foo young, followed by gluten free chow mein. The fried rice uses normal soy source which is not gluten free so I order the steam rice. The staff are helpful in selecting gluten free items. They make the food very quickly and you get to take it away in a box which makes it easier to transport large orders."
