"I've been going to Hope for about 10 years. This is my favorite American Chinese restaurant for food. The atmosphere is definitely nothing special not to go for the ambience. Plain stands, old building. But the food...wow. Usually I order the chicken or pork rice or the orange chicken or sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. If you like these dishes, I would say they are the best in the Twin Cities. I tried so many Chinese restaurants looking for one with the best roasted rice... and that's definitely the place. To be honest, I didn't try anything else on the menu. I have read some negative reviews about this place. Maybe some of their other dishes aren't so good? Not sure...but the dishes I have listed in my review... I say the best I had. Absolutely fantastic."
