"Family and I recently dined at Grill’d where we ordered the usual. Unfortunately my daughters Chicken Caesar Salad came complete with Brown lettuce, looked like a week old. On rejecting the meal we were nonchalantly told it was just oxidized!!! Obviously fresh produce is not...on the menu here. They replaced the salad with another brown salad. Very poor result for a high profile fast food place that prides itself on quality. They really didn’t care and so this is the last visit. Food standards need to be reviewed when under the control of causal labour!"

"Cold day, wanted some pho, noticed this place on the Melbourne Central store directory. Given that it was a food court, didn't have particularly high expectations. Still, I was very disappointed with the large beef pho ($11). Beef balls tasted outright off, like they had been sitting in a freezer for weeks, couldn't actually finish more than one. Broth had absolutely no beef or authentic spice flavour at all, tasted like it was made from stock powder. Beef was tough, especially the sinewy bits, with lots of fat around the edges. On the plus side, the noodles were smooth and the coriander garnish looked fresh."

"I especially like that at this chain they cook the vegetarian patties on a separate hot plate part and use separate tongs to manipulate them. A very good vegan and vegetarian option in areas where there are not others (this is not Carlton)."

"The burgers at Grill'd Little Bourke St are well cooked and delicious but the premises need an update. The environment is not appealing and the sight of torn seats at the tables is very off putting. I wouldn't come again until the look of the premises is improved."
