"I found hair in my food, I brought this up to the cashier and all she offered was to make another sandwich for me. I don't need a sandwich, at least not one after knowing the food in the restaurant is contaminated. I was hoping they would look up for any hair/contaminants in the food that's being served on the counter but they didn't even have a glance at it. They called up the manager and he offered to make a new sandwich too. They had no interest in finding out how the food is contaminated."

"This place is really bad everytime I come they either charge me extra or their machine don?t work so they want me to go to the ATM ? this is not professional at all we call the manager and she don?t even pick up the phone? we are manager from Dunkin Donuts and that?s not how you handled customer service and just hang up the phone? on top of that the laydi at the register doesn?t even had her manager number? I will like the owner of this business to fix this problem because of they do is give a attitude"

"I?ve been to many subways in Fredericksburg, by far this subway is my favorite one, just by chance I popped in, ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and their tuna was superb!! When asking for any additional toppings they are very royal????(from other subways in town, the tuna is so bad, the texture is like a mushy, fishy paste, I end up disposing of my sandwich, and when requesting additional toppings..it?s like squeezing blood from a stone)"

"This place is junk. I call to place an order....to make it easier on everyone...and they refused to take it. Luckily there are 2 more within a mile from there.
