"Thanks Brandon. The whole experience was on the verge of disaster until this guy took the time to acknowledge me. They definitely earned a repeat patron. This is going to be a negative 5 star review. Didn’t have the heart to ‘Neg em after speaking with Brandon. I’m going to keep it constructive. When no one is responsible, no one can be held accountable. I say this because “waiting” the tables is a group effort here. This allows some of the staff to coast leaving the “try hards” to pull the cart. To gain refills or service, you need to “flag” down someone in a Karl Strauss Shirt. I’ve never had so many people duck my eye contact outside of middle school dances. Eventually the “Try Hards” will burn out and find a more rewarding experience else where leaving the loafers destroying the service in their wake. Tipping before you ever experience the service of the staff is absurd, I tipped 20% because well it’s customary and I realize it’s important. Outside of Brandon, I would have lowered that significantly due to the level of service we received varied DRASTICALLY from person to person. Brandon? 30% the random dudes who ducked every single eye contact even going as far as to completely ignore me as I talked directly at them while they walked by probably busy. No idea. We had to create several orders which is inconvenient but overlook able. Every server that took the time was fantastic, the several members of the team who would rather loafer around chatting could be unscheduled tomorrow and I promise not a single patron would know the difference only the person pressing go on the ADP “Run Payroll” Button. Either way food was fantastic, service once I was aware of the situation was manageable. You definitely have to “pick one” and let the loafers coast through their shifts) Excellent food and drink highly recommend. Also should be noted if your here with your buddies I don’t believe you will experience this as each buddy will have their own ordering experience and beverage delivered promptly. What runs astray is treating this place like your traditional restaurant. Peace"

"When our Atlantic Salmon arrived it was burned and crispy (over cooked) on the bottom (Black) and small pieces of salmon were included that were too burnt to eat. Very disappointed in our order. We order a lot from here and hope that this doesnt happen again. Also, if you make two orders maybe they can include two tartar sauces?"

"It wasn?t the best food, like the fires were super thin, the chicken was not cleaned. I had a fried chicken plate and my friend had the hangar steak. Literally a joke. The hangar steak was a few small pieces and the fried chicken was three large pieces and a good por portion, but not good. The chicken is definitely the cheapest type that is bought in bulk, which I understand because it?s a restaurant, but like add something to the chicken. The only taste was the outside, but the inside was so plain and tasted really dull, not what I expected. However, the prices are reasonable. The mac and cheese was so good. They added extra cheese to it which made it great."

"One of the only places to get food all day in the hotel area. Only 3 options for kids: cheese burger, chicken fingers or chicken teriyaki bowl. My son got cold fries and chicken. Of course over-priced but expected for Disney/Hotel. Adult food was not any better. I was disappointed for my first meal, but was starving."

"Simply put. Damn good Q! Nothing imagination, no fake antiques, no big land barn appearance. Just damn good Q! I had the rib and sausage plate with Slav and beans and went away full and happy. "I'm rating this place solely on their drinks, since I didn't have any food this time around. I ordered an old fashion as that's my go to drink unless a specialty drink catches my eye. The bartender as great and quick service but the old fashion was a miss for me. Definitely overpriced as I can find a better old fashion within downtown Disney for the same price. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the service and location and its surroundings are unbeatable. This is the place to chill and relax after a long day at the parks or just to catch a quick breather"

"Non's Kitchen is located in a business area along with other eateries. There's a good amount of parking and Tesla charging stations, restroom is in the back and requires a code. There's seating indoor and I could see it getting pretty packed during prime hours. We ordered egg rolls, sweet potato fries, shaken beef and vermicelli as well as cold coffees. The coffees were soooo amazingly good! Egg rolls hit the spot. The vermicelli was a big dry for me. I'd come back to check out their item food items."
