"Where do I start, from the moment we sat down we felt like we were a burden to the staff, when we ordered our starters took forever to turn up but to be fair they were ok. Mains eventually turned up and after going around other tables to replace the cutlery we had used found that burger had cheese on it when we asked for no cheese due to allergy and then the pie had a hair in it. Won’t go back again"

"The service was terrible. had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat. the personal avoids the table just as they could not tell us a reason for delay. When it came out, my man wanted a medium to make good steak. a good veterinarian could have come back to life. it was practically not boiled and my chickenstack was burned"

"The food drinks at giraffe always used to be top notch. However, that was a number of years ago. The few times I’ve been there in the last 2 years I’ve come away feeling like I’ve been ripped off. I think giraffe has a lot of work to do when it comes to competing against other rivals on the high street restaurant scene. The host who greeted us when we arrived might to well to understand a friendly demeanour goes a long way in customer service."

"My Burger bunge was covered with melted butter, it was so greasy it was really unpleasant and made your hands filthy to hold. It was nice and quiet there and prefect for the conversation about a nice lunch with colleagues. But as soon as it became more busy, they turned the music louder and then it was hard to hear and you had to scream. Not everyone wants to scream about their lunch! I didn't want to go back there."
