"The menu is HUGE. But the prices are reasonable. I ordered the quesadillas and it was good. The service was good. Everything was good not very good. It's your typical pub experience with a little faster service than you often find in a pub."

"Servers are very knowledgeable. So happy to be able to eat burgers, poutine, and wings again! All delicious, all prepped/cooked separately. Great portion sizes, great taste. Always feel safe, and never been sick. So happy I found this spot and that its close by. I have eaten here numerous times and they have been so accommodating each time. Ive never been sick, and its comforting to know I can go there and not stress. This location offers mini ice cream cones after meals. I usually decline (too full and obviously cant eat an ice cream cone! . But once I told a server that I was celiac, and politely declined. She came back with the ice cream in a small, disposable dish. She said she had opened a new container for me, with a new spoon, and checked the ice cream ingredients! I couldnt believe it!"

"We went to dinner on Friday night and I was anticipating having my favourite Greek dish which is very good there. One whole page of the menu is devoted to Greek offerings. So I ordered moussaka to find out they had none. Then asked for pistachio which again they did not have . Come to find out the only thing Greek they offer now is souvlaki. So I ordered turkey dinner. Smaller portions than usual, carrots mushy, potatoes lacked flavour and turkey sliced so thin it fell apart( which would be fine for a sandwich but not for sliced turkey dinner). We were told that the new owners are changing the menu but they haven't come in yet. Beware this is no longer the place to enjoy great Greek fare!! Now just an average restaurant."

"Firstly, why is this place even on the Open Table App for reservations? Every time we reserve and show up, they never have our reservation and act like we have two heads.During our most recent visit on Friday we nearly froze to death. They sat us right next to the waiting area and every time the door opened, the minus wind chill came in and froze us. My parents who are senior citizens had to eat with their winter coats on and were still cold. A good hostess would have recognized their age and placed us away from the immediate cold air.Our food was pretty good although it was slow in arriving and some meals were slightly warm at best. Our waitress was quite grumpy and we all noticed as she slammed our extra plates onto the table. She had to be reminded about drink refills as well. The only time she seemed pleasant was when we were paying.This Swiss Chalet has certainly taken a nose dive in quality. We’ve been coming here since it originally opened but our visits are becoming less frequent due to the poor service. It’s a shame because when the food and service are as we expect we really enjoy dining here"

"Staff was friendly and the beer was cold… but the Red White Blue burger was disgusting. I asked the waitress if it was beef and she assured me it was… maybe it was some sort of meatloaf patty but it was definitely not a hamburger patty. I couldn’t eat it. Fries were editable."
