"The service was poor! There was no white bread on the salard counter and was told they would bring it to us but after ten minutes we had to ask again for some. Starter came half way through the salard which was to soon. Then after 30 minutes we had to ask for the main meal, then when it came there were no utensils which took ages to arrive, so over all it spoilt the meal."

"Booked the Swan in Fairfield for Sunday lunch only to be told by the young lady at the reception desk sorry no there's no booking to then show her we had a confirmation message on my colleagues phone,no apology just said it must of got bounced back so for this I can honestly say we won't ever be back!! Decided just to leave it and not ask to see a manager went down the dual carriageway to the Bell can just add where there was ample parking we hadn't booked so thought it would be a no so to be told yes thats no problem just take a seat in the bar area and order from the bar what you so easy and relaxed.I believe the swan needs to learn some lessons on customer service?,BTW we had a beautiful Sunday lunch there as it normally is same as the lyletton in hagley so if you can afford to turn away pre booked customers good luck with your future loads of pubs are closing one in Clent only just recently. AVOID!!"
