"This historical location is called the birthplace of Maine, so it was a must-visit for me as I explore my family 's roots in Colonial America. It was an excellent decision. The atmosphere was homey and welcoming, our waitress was friendly and warm, and the FOOD. My husband and I ordered the king prime rib, and you cannot tell me that those portions we received were only 14oz. They were 18oz, easy. And they were tender, flavorful, and swimming in delicious au jus. Because I am allergic to potatoes, I ordered the sweet potato fries, which I have learned to... reluctantly enjoy. The sweet potato fries at Jameson Tavern were simply PERFECT. No reluctance in my enjoyment. The best fries I 've had in a long time, even without the sweet potato qualifier. I cannot be effusive enough about these fries! Come for the history, stay for the prime rib and fries. And come back for more fries."

"Maninos has now changed its name, It is called Pantano's. They have several other Bagel/sandwich shops. I like it . I have only had the bagels there but I hear their sandwiches are very good. I still like Bagel Cafe in Oceanside and in Baldwin as my 2 favorite Bagel places with ALWAYS Great bagels."

"Came in hungry and from out of town I have a lot of experience all over the world traveling and eating and looking for basic top notch stuff and personally have experience including raising my own animals for meat and hunting oak near Bear and cougar and cooking it all their meat was delicious their service friendly and attentive and everything was superb including the dessert from Oregon comes this review and I'm out of state for this restaurant Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is not the place. Their chips have cinnamon; chips should not be sweet. I had to ask if they had plain chips. The waitress brought back a fresh none cinnamon ones, that nice. She said they were able to make fresh ones because they were not that busy. Their tacos on top of being overprice, their own take on ingredients being use are not great. Go to Portland to get a closer Mexican food experience."
