"We hadn't eaten at the Cove Café for awhile after a poor experience but we decided to give it another try. Good call. We did takeout halibut and fries. The fish was cooked perfectly, so tasty, still hot when we got it home. The fish...pieces were huge. I ordered two but got nowhere near done. My wife couldn't finish her single. The fries were nicely done too, and also a generous portion. We have lunch for tomorrow. We should have asked for extra tartar sauce. Could have used some lemon. Malt vinegar for the fries was a little different, we enjoyed it. Minor nits. We will definitely be back. Calling the restaurant vegetarian friendly is a stretch. About the only meat- and fish-free dishes are salads. No veggie burger, despite a lot of burger choices."

"When in Innisfil you gotta give this family run food truck a try. Excellent and friendly service with a big menu to meet the tastebuds of many. Got the sweet potato poutine and it was delicious. Cheese curds that melt into a flavourful gravy and bed of sweet potato fries. I love the fact that it's not salty like most poutine. Good portion for the price. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!"

"The food was not impressive for the price. The menu was great and the food came out with great presentation. We were excited to dig in! The problem was, there was absolutely no taste on anything. Mussels Bland, Oysters, where was the salty water?, Calamari cooked perfectly but again no taste. I think they forgot to add salt. I am not into super salty foods but this was an experience like no other. For $300 very underwhelmed! Service was good, our server was lovely but our mains came out before we were done the appetizers. We won't be back."
