"Today it was not shocking! after the order I was waiting there patiently for my eating away from the counter and one of the workers decided that they wanted a confrontation without obvious reason. she wanted me to stand in another area and wait, even if other people were standing at my place and they were not addressed. they then decided to scream and other customers decided to call me because they thought I was the one who initiated the conflict (what I didn't) when I just looked at my phone with my mask on completely away from the people. she was a terrible representation of the facility and should be addressed by the owner for her regular behavior. I would love that the owner please pulls the band and sees how I was verbally attacked today in this facility so that they can see how a personal change could use the restaurant. I know that everyone in the world is stressed, but the treatment of people is badly not okay. I asked for my money back so that I can never support myself from this local business again. I hate that so many people decide that it is in order to be unprofessional, and low class in these days, because it does not encourage anyone to continue in the community to support the economy. I didn't deserve this treatment and she was totally wrong. I lose him believe in the humanity in this place. I expected more from the population in California, but I hate to be practiced here most, and had the most aggressive social interactions in this state verses everywhere in the country, except missouri. so disappointing, by the way, their counters were dirty and there was no ketchup at all. there were many other things she could do as seeking unauthorized conflict. please pull the band"

"We had a table of eight. we placed our drink order and got it in time. when it was time to order our food, it was a bit happy because of our modifications. I ordered my burger without rolls, and I think the only other modification was the addition of raw and boiled wobble on a burger. there were not many modifications. the food did not come out all at a time and many objects were missing. she tried to bring out the missing items when she remembered them, but the others were still missing. we have regular pommes, no sweet potato friries. at the end when the check fell, she brought out two cute sweet potato friars. it was not a good experience."
