"We have had meals here several times and have always had a great meal but not this time! We had a special dinner planned as a surprise for my sister and her new husband so we picked Ceders. The soup of the day was a Manhattan clam chowder but what was served was a tomato broth with a few tiny pieces of something. Chowders are at least supposed to have some veggies. When we said something to our server he said yeah a lot of the time it comes like that. My sister and I were served cold ribs which they took back and warmed up, but when we did get hot ribs they were tough and dry. They did take the cost of the ribs off our bill. But by the time the ribs came back inedible everyone else was done so we had a ceaser side salad for supper. Overall we were very disappointed with the food. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday night and not very busy but we'll think twice about going back there. Unfortunately it appears the food quality at casino Rama appears to be going downhill as the new buffet isn't as good as it used to be."

"Went for family supper. Place was packed outside. Server was friendly but there was a lot of issues with all tables when food was coming out. A lot of confusion with workers, orders etc. Did not get our order for drinks and appetizers for almost 20-25 minutes. Server apologized and they were nice to take the appetizers off the bill. Didn’t have to say anything and they acted on their own which was refreshing. Food was good and server was very friendly. We would return for another try."

"Ordered takeout from Orillia location, a quarter chicken dinner white meat (had so many blood veins throughout had to discard of most of it) and a southern canuck sandwich that had chicken bones in it.. needless to say a less than pleasant experience and when I called the store to complain the manager followed up with a discount on next meal(which should have been reimbursed entirely). Fast forward to getting said discounted meal, the manager was rude and unfriendly throughout the transaction and offered little remorse to the situation. This will be the last time we go to swiss chalet in orillia."

"A girls night out was made even better by delicious food. Our sever was attentive and our drinks came quickly. Followed soon by our appetizers and then mains. We had zero complaints and we will all be back!"

"Ordered garlic bread through door dash, the pic showed multiple pieces on white home loaf. When it shows up it was a old sausage bun with garlic butter and cheese slapped on it. I will never order here again."
