"I went to Woody's with two friends last evening. I was shocked at the horrible service and food. I have never written a review but I would advise others not to eat at Woody's or expect good service. We arrived and were served our first drink and the server took our food order as per usual. But as we were waiting, we finished our drinks, the server did not ask us if we wanted another drink or water, and only 4 plates came out of the kitchen while we were sitting there. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food, with empty glasses on the table, we asked our server how long the food was going to take. She replied saying sorry it will only be a few more minutes. Meanwhile the restaurant was not full, and the staff were chatting behind the bar. After waiting another 20 minutes we finally got our food (two wraps and a burger). Within two hours of eating we were all physically sick. If more than one person is sick after a meal, then I would expect it to mean food poisoning. As a server I know it is not always the servers fault if food takes a while. However, a good server would not wait for customers to approach you and ask - you should quality check the drinks and inform customers of the wait! And possibly bring out a free app! I was also not impressed that the manager did not notice us sitting there right beside the bar with empty glasses. This was unfortunately a very horrible experience and we will not be eating there again."
