"This title is never what I want. the place looked great from the outside of the montezuma st in prescott. that's the good one. Apart from the nice woman who took our order, the service was bad. it started leaving a tipp before the experience started. it is self-order with someone on a counter, there is no server. they need to tap when they hire their jobs. there was also a glass glass with “Cashier Tips” on the counter. we ordered and sat at the bar. the bar was directly below two cover pieces, so the floor and the bar on top were wet at two places. next were the “western” fluffy pad seats “cohide”. yes, fluffy seats and bar stool in a restaurant. where children are spilled with grubby hands and adult drinks in them. seats that cannot be washed away. yes, they make their own picture in their heads. I wouldn't go back alone from the chair. if you are ready to eat a man who was not easy to understand, called our order number to pick up at a window. there were three pills and one person she wore. not good. how do they wear them without smashing anything? the tablets were carved with paper, which began to roast and to mix with eating. not good. they were dry and ice cold. my braut was in sharing pink! and so hard I had to use a knife to cut through fat. the whole point of the brisket is that it should fall apart with a fork, no knife required. the flesh should melt the mouth. there was a teaspoon of Bbq sauce that was nothing to write about kansas style sweet sauce. there was also salate and tomato on it, I fell. not good. the bungalow was not bad. my men pulled pork was not much better. we both ate the half. I asked the bartender to box and he ignored me, so I wandered away to find myself. he never took our bier tab money. we waited for the change for a 20 and had left a 2 tip on a 6 and change beer. he went six times. We've got 7 and left. no excuse to forget the box. he left a guy at the other end of the bar for 15 minutes. he apologised to the guy, then he forgot two for the two people sitting next to me. her only job is to draw and mix drinks. To end this sad story, many floor tiles are broken. all together, not good."

"Excellent location for upscale drinks and delicious food! Other restaurants try to go fancy and lose flavor, but Lucilles is excellent from first to last bite and clearly put a lot of effort into making each dish an experience. Service was tremendous and friendly. In particular, this one server (don't remember his name but had a thick British accent! was entertaining, friendly and delightful to chat with. He was helpful and kind to us even though we were not his table or section. Truly a team atmosphere and will be returning soon! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
