"That was our first time in black rock bar grill. we came for an action we found on facebook. buy one, 12oz sirloin steak! that seemed very good to me! the place was busy, which is always nice to see! we put our names in the waiting line and were told there was a 30-minute waiting time, not too bad! So we went into the bar and found a few seats. the bartender was busy, but she was attentive. after having supplied us with a drink menu, my wife ordered a martini and I got a caught beer. both were good, but the martini was not what she was looking for. I ordered a second beer and my wife a different cocktail. moments later, a text message told us that our table is ready. the service was terrible, and my French wobbles had no wobbles in it! the lower line is that we want to get out next time for steaks, we go somewhere else."

"I would have given him half a star. The waitress was rude and unwilling. When I was asked about the manager, I was told she was on the phone. Then the waitress saw talking to the bartender and point and Giggle. Then she called a male sponsor and went to point and Murmur. The male then approached the table and advised him that he was the owner. He shared that the waitress was overwhelmed by the other guest. He advised that the complaint regarding the meal was peculiar, but we would be compensated. He shared that the waitress is usually pleasant and would stop by an apology. She came back to our table and just pretended nothing happened. Then she shared that my pallet must have been sensitive to food because my concern was strange. Then she removed the stuff and left. I'm not even sorry, I apologize or any of these words. I admit that customer service is difficult, but there is no excuse for guests who have been nothing less than pleasant. When she addressed, she shared that she had no time for it and talked to another table about it."
