"To visit someone from Minnesota and Texas, this was a treat. Great restaurant. Great branding. Great atmosphere and aesthetics. Really funny mood. Clean. Great and friendly customer service. Had lunch special, 1/4 chicken, dark meat, with Mac n cheese, peach-cheek cup and a large sweet tea. I don't think you'll get more Texas or South. The food was delicious! Chicken had so much taste! I love it! I would recommend any place or visit the city to try it!!"

"Delicious! I ordered the shrimp and fries, which came with hushpuppies (the bartender helped me decide, I had trouble choosing between 3 entrées). The shrimp were HUGE, 8 in the order. I also had a lemon drop martini, also delicious. Service was phenomenal, the staff was super attentive, friendly; including staff from other stations. AND the prices are quite reasonable. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the female staff dresses in a sexy fashion. I was not expecting that when I walked in, didn't know what to expect, first time visiting. I walked over from my hotel, as it is just across the boulevard (Embassy Suites Frisco)."

"The burger was severely underwhelming. I got the Jake and it just wasn’t that great. Granted it’s a single patty, but it should still be good! I just think it was drowned out by the huge bun. Maybe consider a smaller bun for your smaller burger? It was a bit overwhelming. The sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dip were really good! Our service was great as well."

"This will be one of our new favorite go-to restaurants. I do not know how we have missed this place being locals! The drinks, food and atmosphere were perfect. I had a Friscopolitan to drink- perfect for summer and yummy. The deviled eggs and homemade rolls were my daughters favorite, and mine. We ordered steak and chicken piccata. Both were fabulous! Save room for dessert. The chocolate silk pie is heaven. It is probably the best I have had. Such a cute place with outstanding food and service. Will be back soon! The bar is also cute. Small and cozy when you walk in. May have to sit there next time and learn about how the place came about. The house was built in 1917 and has been several things."

"The burgers I had weren't bad at all. While noticeably smaller and aiming for a `gourmet` feel, they don't quite seem to be what you pay for. I enjoyed it, but I can't say it was worth it. You'll more than likely feel like you get more for your money across the street at Hat Creek than here. Additionally, the wait for my meal was fairly long even though it wasn't too busy."

"Had a brunch with friend here. loved the music, the ambiente and the eating. we had the power salat and cobb salat. so delicious! we have inhaled our salads and forgotten to make photos. that was my first time here, and I will definitely be back!"
