"My friend and I ate here for a late dinner and the food was so good! The stuffed avocado appetizer was spicy and a bit smaller than what we were expecting but turned out to be the perfect size for us to split. I had the Lasso burger which was sooo good!! Just the right level of spice too. I chose the pimento Mac and cheese for the side dish and it was wonderful as well. A great find if you?re ever stopping by Greensboro!"

"First of all, how do you charge a customer 3% for using their debit card? That's thievery. Also, their take-out is SUPER slow. No way in the world Broiled Salmon takes 30 minutes. Smh I will NOT be back!!!!! I can back here to edit my first review. I ordered broiled salmon and Mac and cheese (because they were out of baked potatoes). LISTEN!!!! The food was HORRIBLE!!!!! The Mac and cheese tasted powdery. Middle school Mac and cheese was better. Also, the salmon tasted likemud with tarter sauce. The salad was great though. I wish I could not give any stars because I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!"

"Although I was disappointed in the Eggs Benedict, Grits, and the Hash Brown Potatoes; I enjoyed the Ambiance, the Wine, and the Coffee exceptional ! The Eggs Benedict tasted too sweet and not enough Hollandaise Sauce, the Grits were stiff I sent then back , and the Hash Brown Potatoes were more of a roasted medley mixture ? , instead of what one would expect of Hash Browns . Having dined throughout the country, I have had better , and I have had worse . Maybe I expected too much? I fondly remember the Undercurrent back in the 80 's/90 's when it was located on S. Elm. It had a stellar reputation. I will come back and experience Lunch/Dinner. I enjoy dining downtown occasionally and I liked the atmosphere, including the friendliness of the staff :"

"Had a ribeyesteak sandwich for lunch couldn't eat it was abad cut. Manager knocked of couple of dollars.i ate my fries and drank sweettea for 13.00 dollars service was good .that is the 3 star rating"

"Everything I just had here was Buss Daniels. I recommend the Master Special Banh Mi. Flaky, rich, savory, and balanced. Quite lovely. I also had the classic tea and that was also great. Good black tea flavor. I ordered it with 25% sugar and less ice. I also love playing the table games here from time to time. Service is very cool."

"This location is very consistent with its service and food presentation. It is one of our favorite places if we want a light meal like a salad; the salad bar is always clean and full. During our current visit our server was enthusiastic and attentive."

"This is a great, local joint. There are several vegan items on the regular menu, such as a fantastic, house-made veg burger and a wonderful salad. The build-your-own pizza is a great choice too. The list of toppings is a veg lover's dream arugula, fennel, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, etc. (There are also faux chicken and faux cheese But the true stars are the specials. There are always delicious vegetable-based dishes available! Recently, there have been rosemary potatoes, mushroom risotto with jalapenos, broccoli sauteed in white wine, a hearty minestrone, and curry cauliflower. There was even a baba ganoush pizza! The vegan items are usually marked on the menu. If there are any questions about ingredients, the servers are always willing to pop into the kitchen and double-check with the kitchen staff."
