"Great little spot. The food was great. Came out fast and was great quality. We had a gear4 and nfc burger, found them really filling. The anime displays are pretty cool; I’m not an anime lover but i still enjoyed the displays. Can’t go wrong eating here."

"Being a regular here we have had a wonderful experience with the food and coffee here, I wish I could say the same today. Coffee although tasted lovely was luke warm when I asked for extra hot and the toasted ham and cheese croissant was more like a toasted dry ham croissant. Felt like I was Christopher Columbus looking for the lost cheese in that croissant. Disappointing to say the least for what is normally a wonderful experience. :"

"The food was good in taste but was not very hot.<br/>The service was poor and I believe the staff does not understand the guest requirement.<br/>I ordered cold Teh Tarik which was great but I asked them without ice and they still had half a glass full of ice.<br/>I asked them to take the ice out and they took the ice out but the glass then was not even half full.<br/>I was expecting them the full the glass if they are charging full price."

"Mr Macleod is a very welcome addition to Macleod village and is the only place my wife and I (coffee snobs! will get our coffees from. The food is also fantastic but most importantly is Ned’s (the owner style of customer service which is authentic and fun."

"Ordered a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was red raw. Called to complain and the woman on the phone said it couldn’t be raw as their chicken is twice cooked. I told her I had a photo to email, have sent it through and still haven’t received a response nor a refund. Horrible"

"The food was delicious. No complaints what so ever. The young waitress is a lovely and polite. But the owner is beyond rude. I did find this last time on my visit when i complimented his staff that assist my autistic grandson. He didn’t seem to be interested in the hood work his staff give. He questioned the 20% discount I had and seemed irate into to honour the discount and kept getting the young girl to ask me questions In error when I booked I did accidentally book 3 times and was advised in a rude and very unprofessional manner it was unacceptable. I did explain I did it in error but only received one email confirming one booking. I was very polite and apologetic to be spoken to very abruptly .Due to the owners rudeness I would never go back. He really needs to self evaluate his attitude to customers if he wants to stay in business. I did compliment the young girl on her lovely service when I paid but also gave my thoughts on her manager. Which were unpleasant"

"Enjoyed Christmas dinner here. New Chef and New menu. It was a busy day but service was very slow. The order was taken in good time but had a long wait for the meals to arrive. Had a 1pm sitting and soup arrived at 1.40 and main at 2.15. Wait Staff appeared to be very inexperienced. Table was not cleared of crackers and used crockery, until desert time despite them walking past us empty handed every few minutes."
