"Good selection of food, some different items, much on the teller, drinks great. had no recording of our table booking. not sure whether it is regular service or just the time we have visited, but eating waiting time was 45 minutes."

"Arrived to be sat at a coffee table for sunday lunch, asked if we could move, was told no table free despite only 2 tables occupied, we were moved to a bar table with bar stools which we liked better. Hour and a half later we had food, chicken was melt in your mouth, mash ok, roast pots tasted like cooked ,frozen then reheated. hard and dry. Had to remove own plates before dessert arrived. Ordered chocolate fudge cake, was served a toffee cake, asked for it to exchanged, to be told that it is chocolate fudge cake as sold by supplier ! 3and a half hours later. with No interaction from the 2 staff front of house, asked for bill, which was promptly delivered{ only thing that was} made it clear that not good, a round of drinks pint and 2 glasses of house wine, was taken off, could have said 80 pound for 3 lunches {set menu 15.00} 1 pints and a bottle of house wine with no service was steep. after that amount of time just wanted to leave. plus good decor. would not visit again."

"Fantastic little Veggie/Giercafé on the sea road. very friendly staff. there are non-veggie options on the menu, but only to stay. the vegan breakfast here was really nice as the smoothie. can not wait to taste the vegan thunfish!"

"Before I became vegan, I have loved the good apple cafe for a long time. now it is my absolute goal. they make by far the best breakfast in sunderland, and the staff is great. always friendly and for a chat. and to round it off, chef chef b is absolutely awesome I say it?! my favorite chef in the northeast."

"So many choices of nut milks! Really lovely flat whites, had a look at the menu and it seems so reasonably priced, options of tofu, Falafel, hummus etc. Also had vegan donuts! Will definitely be going again to sample everything!"
