"Your workers are incredibly rude. Very poor customer service and manager needs better resolution skills. I came with my girlfriend who was willing to spend near $50 and couldn't even get my order out for her arrogant, interrupting staff. Theresa the manager did little to compensate and had a picture of a scan code instead of giving me company number, and also fought to give me their own name. Will never go to a burger after this experience."

"We finished the Meet Me Downtown, and went to Monkey Burger for dinner. The food was very good, and prepared correctly. We a couple of special orders, which always makes me nervous. The staff was very attentive and spent time talking to our kids as well as keeping the drinks filled while we waited for our food. The chips are thick and crunchy and are standard with your meal. We also got sweet potato fries and the regular fries. The portions are big enough to share. The burgers are huge but very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a different type of burger experience."
