"We were a while getting seated because we didn’t make reservations. I encourage you to make reservations. I ordered the halibut. A little pricey but was excellent. I didn’t get the name of our waitress but she was excellent. Very personable, and attentive. Our hostess had her hands full not only being up front to welcome you but then trying to come back to a nice patio to take you to your table. Will definitely go back but will make reservations next time."

"First time at Fishack yesterday, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I ordered a house salad and calamari to start, the shrimp and cheesy grits, and key lime pie for dessert. I was stuffed after the salad and half the calamari, but I still tasted some of the shrimp and pie. Absolutely amazing! The blackened shrimp is done to perfection, just spicy enough, complimented very well by the spinach and grits. The calamari was excellent! It was not too rubbery and not too soft, with a great dipping sauce and just the right amount of peppers. I have enough left over to feed me another full meal today. Katie my server was wonderful too. I’ll definitely be back! Next time I’m going to try their crab cakes, and I’m also looking forward to their shrimp tacos. This is the kind of restaurant I can’t visit just once. I believe that anything you order here will be a hit!"

"Before COVID this was the best BBQ in Vero Beach. Now they are awful. Owner won't buy beef so no brisket for over a month. No diet drinks, toast is stale, no onion rings. What happened to this place? Used to be great. June 26, 2020."

"Good that we came back two days later. the first day had the cauliflower appetizer was amazing. great light home page salads. special was an amazing kichererbsen kartoffel tomaten spiced bowl. the desserts should die, the chocolates were amazing. I had the dark chocolate expresso cake just perfect. next time I had the chocolate mousse cake. the hummus was perfect, the special sweet potato bowl. the za atar sandwich was one of the best veggie sandwiches of all time, like an Italian crispy sub with oil and oregano without the meat, but just as good."

"Love this place! Have been coming here for years!! Excellent breakfast and lunches at good prices. Lovely and warm staff!! I'm a native local and this is my go-to for my first meal of the day. Nice size lunch counter and daily specials. Larry and his wife Debbie are from NJ and have owned diners for years, bringing one of the great things about the north with them!! I love this place, a real gem!"
